- How many pets can be at my session?

2 Pets are included in the price for all our sessions.

Additional pets will be at a cost of $25 each.

 

- What equipment do you use?

We use professional Canon camera equipment, 5D mkIV body with a variety of lenses, 24-70mm f2.8, 70-200mm f2.8 & 50mm f1.8.

For our studio equipment we have a vinyl backdrops in a variety of colours and 2 flash heads with softboxes/reflective umbrellas.

- What time is best for my session?

The best time for photography is early morning or just before sunset at golden hour when the sun isn't harsh.

Too much sun means high contrast images.......bright, squinting humans and dark shadows.

 

- What is the turnaround of images? 

Please allow 2 weeks for your online gallery to be ready. Once you have chosen the add ons you want, prints can take another 1-2 weeks whilst digital images are emailed or supplied on a USB.

 

- When do I need to finalise payment?

The balance of your session fee will need to be paid in full at the time of your shoot. Payment for add ons will need to be received before any prints are supplied. * A delivery fee may apply.

 

- What should I wear on the day?

We recommend keeping it simple, avoid patterns. Plain coloured clothing and if there are a few humans, keep the same colour pallet. For studio sessions with the white backdrop, darker clothes are best.

- Is there anything I should bring to my photo session?

Although we come prepared its always a good idea to bring your pets favourite treats & toys. Please make sure you bring a lead & collar, harness's can not be edited off your pet.

- Do you use flash?

We only use flash in our studio sessions. On location we like to keep it natural & means one less thing to distract or scare your furbaby. Sometimes if we need additional light you may be asked to unofficially assist by holding a reflector.

 

- Do you only photograph Dogs?

No! Although Dogs are our main subject, we are a Pet Photography company & photograph all pets.
